When you work with ALL IN 1 BOUNCE, you’re helping create core memories for families, schools, churches, and neighborhoods around Orlando and Central Florida.
The work can be physical and fast-paced—but it’s also rewarding. You’ll see the smiles when kids first spot the bounce house and hear the thank-yous from parents and organizers.

Most roles start part-time with opportunities to grow as we expand across Central Florida.
Help clean, load, set up, and take down bounce houses, slides, tents, tables, and party equipment at homes, schools, and events.
Safely transport equipment to and from events, help clean, set up, walk customers through safety rules, and ensure on-time pickups.
Support our busiest days—Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays—helping with equipment cleaning, setups, customer questions, and breakdowns.
Answer calls, confirm bookings, and help guests with questions about their event rentals and deliveries. Assist delivery teams as needed.
Every day is a little different, but you can expect a mix of driving, setting up and cleaning equipment, and helping families and event organizers feel confident and excited about their big day.
Meet up at our Apopka location to clean and/or load equipment.
Drive to scheduled events using organized routes.
Set up bounce houses and rentals safely and securely.
Walk customers through rules and safety guidelines.
Return later for breakdown, cleaning, and loading.
Head back to base, unload, and get ready for the next event.

No. We provide paid training on how to safely set up and take down inflatables, tents, and other party rental equipment. Previous experience is helpful but not required.
Most of our work happens on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with occasional weekday events. We’ll ask for your availability and do our best to schedule shifts that work for you.
Yes. Many of our team members are students or have a primary job and work with us on weekends or select weekdays to earn extra income.
You’ll be lifting and moving equipment that can weigh 50–75 lbs, rolling inflatables, and working outdoors in Florida weather. You should be comfortable with physical work and staying active.
We are based in Apopka, FL, and most events are in Apopka and surrounding Central Florida areas. You’ll typically start and end your shift at our Apopka location.
